1 pkg. | vegetable rotini (cooked) | 1 bunch | fresh broccoli (or package of florets) | 1/2 cup | pine nuts | | red pepper or grape tomatoes | | Wishbone Italian Dressing |
| Toast pine nuts, either in oven or in saucepan over low flame. Blanch broccoli or cook until crisp tender. Rinse cooked rotini immediately after cooking. Dice red pepper, if using. Toss ingredients with Wishbone Italian Dressing. Refrigerate for an hour or so before serving. A favorite of Ben and Bix. |
