24 ounces | cream cheese | 4 | eggs | 1 cup | sugar | 1 tsp. | vanilla | 1 stick | butter, melted | 2 cups | graham cracker crumbs |
| Make crust of crumbs and butter. Butter springform pan and line with crust.
Beat eggs well. Add sugar gradually, then add cheese and vanilla. Beat until smooth and light. Pour into crust-lined pan. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 40 minutes or until set. Cool for five minutes.
Topping:
1 pt. Sour cream
5 Tbs. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix. Spread over baked cake. Bake for five minutes more at 475 degrees. |
