16 oz. bag | frozen chopped broccoli | 2 cups | cooked rice | 1/2 stick | margarine | 1 8 oz. jar | Cheez Whiz | 1 can | cream of mushroom soup | 1 medium | onion, chopped | 1 cup | celery, chopped | 1 can | water chestnuts |
| Cook rice and let stand. Cook and drain broccoli. While broccoli and rice are cooking, saute onion and celery in margarine until soft. Add Cheez Whiz and soup and mix well. Next add cooked broccoli, rice and drained water chestnuts. Put into casserole and bake for 30 - 45 minutes until bubbly and slilghtly browned on top. Can be made ahead, refrigerated, then reheated in microwave. |
