French Toast

2eggs
2 T.sugar
1/2 t.salt
1 cupmilk
1 T.vegetable oil
6 slicesstale bread
Break eggs into bowl; beat well. Add sugar, salt, milk, oil. Dip bread into mixture, turning to coat both sides and allowing some to absorb into bread. Brown in skilllet which you have sprayed with Pam or have added a bit of oil. After one side is golden brown, turn and brown second side. Serve with syrup and margarine.
