Corned Beef Mustard Sauce
Ingredients

2eggs
1 1/2 T.butter
1/4 cupsugar
3/4 cupvinegar
1/3 cupbrown sugar
1/4 cupmustard
Beat eggs slightly and mix with remaining ingredients in saucepan. Stir over low heat until thickened. Makes 1 1/2 cups. (may be halved)
