4 | chicken breasts | 1 can | sliced mushrooms, drained | 1 cup | sour cream | 1 can | cream of mushroom soup | 1/2 soup can | sherry | | paprika |
| Arrange chicken in shallow baking dish so that the pieces don't overlap. Cover chicken with mushrooms. Combine undiluted mushroom soup, sherry wine and sour cream. Stir until blended. Pour or spoon over chicken, covering it completely. Dust with paprika.
Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours or until done. Serves 4. |
