Chicken Breasts in Sour Cream

4chicken breasts
1 cansliced mushrooms, drained
1 cupsour cream
1 cancream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup cansherry
paprika
Arrange chicken in shallow baking dish so that the pieces don't overlap. Cover chicken with mushrooms. Combine undiluted mushroom soup, sherry wine and sour cream. Stir until blended. Pour or spoon over chicken, covering it completely. Dust with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours or until done. Serves 4.
