Eclair Cake

1 boxgraham crackers
2 pkgs.French Vanilla instant pudding
3 cupsmilk
8 oz. Cartoncool whip
1 canready to spread chocolate frosting
Make pudding using 2 pkgs. and 3 cups milk. Let set, then fold in whipped topping. Cover the bottom of a 9 X 13 glass pan with a layer of graham crackers. Spread 1/2 of pudding mixture over crackers, then put 2nd layer of crackers over pudding. Spread rest of pudding over crackers. Spread frosting on enough graham crackers to cover last pudding layer. Carefully put in place then use the rest of frosting to fill in edges and between crackers. Chill several hours or overnight.
