| Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large skillet, brown beef in oil over medium high heat until redness is gone. Drain off fat. In large mixing bowl combine the onions, tomato sauce, cabbage, rice and salt. Add meat and mix together. Pour mixture into 9 X 13 dish. Pour broth over mixture and bake in preheated oven, covered, for 1 hour. Stir, replace cover and bake another 30 minutes. |
