5 lbs. | chuck roast | 5 | medium onions | 1 Tablespoon | garlic salt | 1 Tablespoon | celery salt | 1 Tablespoon | worcestershire sauce | 1 teaspoon | Tabasco sauce | 1 teaspoon | salt | 1/4 teaspoon | Pepper | 5 cups | water |
| Combine all ingredients and simmer 5 to 6 hours until meat is tender. Shred with forks. Serve on buns. May put in bun, wrap in foil and heat in oven. |
