| 1 | Jiffy chocolate cake mix | | 1/4 c. | water | | 1 | egg | | 1 | Jiffy chocolate frosting mix | | 1 1/3 c. | milk | | 5 T. | margarine |
| | Mix together in bowl: cake mix, 1/4 cup water and 1 egg.
Spread into 8 X 8 pan - will be thick.
Heat in saucepan: frosting mix, 1 1/3 c. milk and 5 T. margarine until very hot & margarine is melted.doesn't need to boil.
Gently pour hot mixture over prepared cake mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes - cake mixture will rise to top & "pudding" stays at bottom. Serve warm with ice cream. |
