Red Caviar Dip

13 oz. Pkg. Cream cheese
1 Tablespoonsour cream
1 Tablespoonchopped chives or green onion tops
14 oz. Jar red caviar
Blend the cream cheese, sour cream and chopped chives together. Mix in the caviar, blending everything well together with a fork. Chill at least 2 hours before serving. Note: This mixture can be used as a dip or spread on crackers. When it is first made it is fairly runny, but will stiffen up in the refrigerator. If used as a spread on crackers, do not prepare ahead of time because the crackers will become soggy.
