1 can (4 1/2 oz.) | sliced mushrooms, drained | 1/4 cup | chopped onion | 2 T. | margarine | 1 can (1 lb.) | green beans | 1 1/2 cups | cooked rice | 1 can (2 oz.) | pimientos, chopped | 1/2 tsp. | salt | 1/2 cup | sour cream | 1/4 tsp, | Pepper |
| Cook mushrooms and onion in margarine until tender. Add beans, rice, pimiento and seasonings and stir together until heated through. Fold in sour cream and heat slowly. |
