1 (15 oz.) can | pineapple chunks | 3/4 cup + 1 T. = 1 t. | shredded cheddar cheese | 2 T. + 2 tsp. | pineapple juice | 2 T. + 2 tsp. | flour | 1/3 cup | sugar | 10 | buttery round crackers, crushed | 2 T. + 2 tsp. | butter, sliced |
| Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl combine pineapple chunks, cheese, pineapple juice, flour and sugar. Spoon into a baking dish. Top with crushed crackers and butter slices. ( I combine melted margarine with crushed crackers, then sprinkle.) Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. |
