2 (20oz.) cans | sliced pineapple in juice, undrained | 2 cups | shredded sharp cheddar cheese | 2/3 cup | sugar | 1/3 cup | flour | 1 cup | round buttery cracker crumbs | 1/4 cup | margarine, melted |
| Drain sliced pineapple, reserving 1/3 cup juice. Place pineapple in a lightly greased 11 X 7 X 1 1/2 baking dish; sprinkle with cheese. Combine reserved pineapple juice, sugan and flour; pour over cheese. Combine cracker crumbs and butter and sprinkle over flour mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with turkey, ham, pork, or chicken. 8 servings. |
