Pineapple Bake #1

2 (20oz.) canssliced pineapple in juice, undrained
2 cupsshredded sharp cheddar cheese
2/3 cupsugar
1/3 cupflour
1 cupround buttery cracker crumbs
1/4 cupmargarine, melted
Drain sliced pineapple, reserving 1/3 cup juice. Place pineapple in a lightly greased 11 X 7 X 1 1/2 baking dish; sprinkle with cheese. Combine reserved pineapple juice, sugan and flour; pour over cheese. Combine cracker crumbs and butter and sprinkle over flour mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with turkey, ham, pork, or chicken. 8 servings.
