2 | heads garlic | 1 | stick butter | 2 cans | anchovies | 2 | 1/2 pts. Heavy Cream |
| Melt butter on low heat. Add garlic; cut cloves in half. Cook together till mixture is slightly browned . Add anchovies and cook on low heat till melted. Always over low heat. Put mixture into blender and puree. Put back into pot; add cream; stir and heat. Ready to serve with bread or vegetables for dipping. |
